REFUND POLICY


RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

To start the refund/exchange process please contact customer@sinobiofficial.com. It is essential to mention «REFUND» and your «order number» in the SUBJECT ORDER Line. SINOBI Team will take your request into consideration and proceed the return/exchange in case your request is applicable.

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your SINOBI we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please read our return/exchange policy carefully to ensure you can proceed with your request as quickly as possible.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You can return/exchange SINOBI within 14 days.

It is not possible to return or exchange:

- samples;
- giftcards;
- customized SINOBI.

This does not affect the customer’s rights according to the law.

Make sure that the SINOBI are unworn and in original condition and in their original branded boxes and dust bags and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

When trying on SINOBI, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.

During 14 days from the date you received your order you should follow the below steps:

1. Make sure the SINOBI are in the same condition as you received them, with the box, dust bag and other packaging.
2. Make 5 photos of returned SINOBI (the front, the back, right side, left side, top view) and photo of the branded box.
*These photos will help us to check whether the returned/exchanged SINOBI are possible to be returned/exchanged, so please make sure the photos are high quality.
3. Sign the returns proforma invoice included in the box with your order.

4. Put the prepared SINOBI inside the box.

After doing the mentioned steps please send the request customer@sinobiofficial.com and SINOBI Team will email you back mentioning all the needed instructions to complete the return/exchange process.

SINOBI reserves the right not to accept returns that have not been communicated or shipped within the returns time limit or, if the SINOBI are not in the same condition in which they was delivered to you.

Important.

SINOBI returned from a different country may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.

Once we have received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email.

REFUNDS

Your refund will be issued as soon as the return has been received and checked by SINOBI Team. All successfully returned SINOBI will be credited to the original payment method.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

The original shipping charges are covered by SINOBI. We also remind you that if you decide to return the SINOBI without using the Delivery company supplied by SINOBI, the return shipping costs will be at your expense and will not be refunded. In this case we advise you to entrust the return shipping to a secure courier and retain the receipt as proof of shipping.

The customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through SINOBI.
